This is the Week of Carrie, as her fifth studio album ‘Storyteller’ heads in at #1, making her one of a handful of women to have their first six releases (including Greatest Hits) all come in at #1. What’s more, a number of the tracks have entered the singles charts, including ‘What I Never Knew I Always Wanted’, ‘The Girl You Think I Am’, ‘Renegade Runaway’, ‘Heartbeat’, ‘Like I’ll Never Love You Again’, ‘Church Bells’, ‘Dirty Laundry’ and ‘Relapse’. That’s not to mention ‘Smoke Break’s continued rise, meaning only four tracks from the new record have not charted. Pretty impressive!
Elsewhere Old Dominion take #1 on Country Airplay with ‘Break Up With Him’, and Thomas Rhett rises to #1 on Hot Country Songs and Country Streaming Songs with ‘Die A Happy Man’, also sticking to the top on Country Digital Songs. Read on for the rest.
